Starry Spirits By B&D brings professional, licensed bar catering right to your celebration. Review our policies below so we can make your celebration unforgettable.

What is mobile bartending?

Starry Spirits provides what's called "mobile bartending" which means that we travel to the venue your event is held at and set up a bar setup and bartend the event for you!

What exactly do I (the client) need to provide?

As the client, you provide all the alcohol (beer, wine, liquor, etc.), the mixers and juice, salt and sugar, and the garnishes. We provide all the bar equipment, disposables, coolers, setup, clean up, as well as the service itself so you can have a stress free night!

How do I decide how much alcohol to buy?

We can help with that! We know planning the bar can feel overwhelming but we are here to make the process as smooth as possible. Once we know your guest count, event length, and drink selection, we can help you create a shopping list with suggested quantities so you aren't left guessing. 

Where do you service?

We service the entirety of Siskiyou county! If your event is outside of Siskiyou county we are willing to travel up to 2 hours for a travel fee of between $25-$100 depending on the distance.

Is a deposit required? When is my remaining balance due?

Yes. A deposit of 30% is required in order to reserve your event date. The deposit is non-refundable we reserve your date and turn away any other bookings for that time. 

Your remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the even date!

What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?

We understand that plans can change! Our cancellation policy is laid out like this: Cancellations made 30 days prior to the event may receive all payments aside from the deposit refunded! Cancellations between 30 and 15 days prior may receive a 50% refund of payments made. Any event cancelled less than 14 days prior result in no refund being given

If you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do everything we can to work with you!

Can you bartend at an outdoor event?

Absolutely! We love outdoor events! We have our own bar setup that we can provide if the venue doesn't already have one.
